IBO 4.1 26 Theme panel is very complex and has a lot of unnecessary files, so I had to rebuild this panel and completely change the interface. I spent a lot of time on this work, so I would appreciate it if it is not shared anywhere other than this forum. There is also no need for software like SourceGuardian or ioncube.

sqlite was used in this panel. In the next version, I plan to build it on mysql and make the txt setting files for it completely from the panel and I also plan to add a reseller feature.
