Hello everyone,
I am experiencing a recurring issue with the IBO Player application, where an error message appears as shown in the attached image. This problem has occurred multiple times, and I have tried several solutions without success.
For clarification, I have built a custom Control Panel for the application from scratch and configured all settings and connections according to the required specifications. However, the issue still persists and continues to appear in the same way.
Additionally, I have attempted reinstalling the application, checking my internet connection, and reviewing all configurations, but none of these steps resolved the problem. This issue is significantly affecting my ability to use the application properly.
I would appreciate your assistance in diagnosing the exact cause of this issue and guiding me toward the appropriate solution, including any areas I should review in either the application or the Control Panel.
Thank you in advance for your support.

I reached out for assistance in good faith, expecting guidance on what is required from my side. A more constructive response outlining the necessary access or details would have been appreciated.
Please clarify exactly what you need so I can provide it and we can move forward with resolving the issue.
