Note that there are 2 different layout, for mobil and for tv box, the one for TV box will not work on your phone!.
Apk setup
To change the API URL after decompiling
Then open:
app-release\res\values\config.xml
Edit the one line:

<string name="api_base_url">https://lpplayer.smazze.com/backend/api/index.php</string>
Panel setup
upload the files to your panel
create a database and import the database inside the folder "database"
adjust the database credentials and urls in the file backend/config/config.php,
now visit your panel by going to domain.com/admin
Login using
user: admin
Pass: admin123
adjust all the settings including the plex settings for the app to work.

Greate you have created the database now you need to import the data so it can function,
open PhpMyAdmin login with the created database then go to the tab import find the file in your computer and upload,

Did you do this:
adjust the database credentials and urls in the file backend/config/config.php
