Hello everyone and here it is finally! I didn't encrypt the panel and i didn't obfuscate the PHP files so that eveyone can enjoy this release, i just ask for this not to be posted anywhere unless i do post it. Please report any bug and tell me any suggestion you find good.
The app and panel is not only about Streams section (stremio add-ons) there's tons of apps for VOD now(i'm currently working on a big one) so it's just an addition to the best app , lot's of tweaks and features are done and i made sure to keep the same original tivimate fast and smooth experience.

Multi log in options to choose from: PIN code log in, MAC address log in, Tivimate usual manual wizard, and Stalker.
I'm gonna mention some of the panel feature, the common option will not mention since they are basic, like DNS, Mac, etc....

Also with the option to ENABLE Tivi Stock you get the tivimate experience without the additions but with the live sync.
-Live Sync (my favorite), The system that lets the panel update customers apps by itself, with no reinstall, no favorite and continue watching lose. All data will be preserved. Even if you change DNS only, username or password as long as it belongs to the same provider your data will be kept safe.
The PIN feature is so fast and very reliable.

-There is a section on the panel called Wizard Devices, what it is: Customers who set up their playlist with the app's Wizard show up here as Pending. You must approve them before the panel is allowed to change their playlist.
How to use it:
1. The customer imports their Xtream playlist using Wizard in the app.
2. Refresh this page. The device appears in the list.
3. Press to manage it and choose a State:
Pending: no remote updates.
Approved: Live Sync is enabled.
Disabled: no remote updates.
4. You can edit Device name, DNS server, Xtream username and set a New X tream
password.
5. Press Save Wizard Device.
If you change the server, username or password, the app updates the customer's
playlist on its next successful sync. It does not create a second playlist.

-Streams Hub, Settings:
Enable Streams Hub and Show Streams in app navigation
Page size: how many items the app shows per page, I recommend 60
Press Save Streams settings
Adding an add-on:
1. Choose the Role: Catalog, Stream or Subtitle.
2. Fill in Name, Priority, Manifest URL and Timeout (ms).
3. Tick Movies and/or Series, and keep Enabled ticked.
4. Press Save add-on.
Use Test in the list to check that an add-on works, and Delete to remove it.

-SportsDB API, Setup:
1. API mode: Auto detect, Free / Test or Premium.
2. Paste your TheSportsDB API key.
3. Tick Enable Sports data and Show Sports tab (to show Sports in the app's left menu).
4. Optional: write a Sports message.
5. Press Save Sports settings, then Test API key + fixtures to check that it works.
Choose which sports to show:
1. Set Display mode to Show all sports and leagues or Custom selection.
2. For custom: press Load sports catalog, search and pick sports and leagues.
3. Press Save sports visibility. Restore all sports & leagues undoes it.
Good to know: In Free mode, live scores are skipped. Live scores need a Premium key. The
panel does not store sports data.

-Poster Wall, the movie posters that scroll on the app's home screen.
How to add a poster:
1. Find the movie on TMDB and copy its poster path. It looks like /abc123xyz.jpg.
2. Press to add a poster, give it a Title (only you see it) and a Position number.
3. Paste the TMDB poster path. Tick Enabled and press Save poster.
Important: The path must start with / do not paste a full web address.

-Legacy More Sources, the older "More Sources" feature. If you don't use it, you can ignore this page.
Settings: Enable legacy More Sources, Resolver URL, Max sources and Resolver timeout
(ms), then Save settings.
Add-ons: same idea as Streams Hub. Fill in Name, Priority, Timeout, Manifest URL,
choose Movies/Series, tick Enabled and Save add-on. Use Test to check it.

Settings: Tick Enable device sync and choose the Check interval (minutes):
how often each app asks the panel for news. I myself use 1. Press Save Sync.
Linked installations: a list of every app that is linked to the panel (via PIN, MAC or Wizard).
Revoke: cuts a device off from remote updates.
Reactivate: gives access back. Only do this for devices you trust.

-Device Monitor, a read-only page that shows which customer devices have contacted the panel recently. It never contacts the TVs and you can't break anything here.
What you see at the top: how many installations are enrolled, how many contacted
recently, how many are "recent but awaiting revision" (they haven't applied your latest changes yet) and how many are unavailable or pending.

-Feedback inbox, Reports and messages that customers send from the app.
How to use it: Read each message, then set its status to New, Reviewed or Resolved and press Update status. Delete removes it. A number badge shows how many new messages are waiting.

-Navigation, Choose which items appear in the app's left menu.
How to use it: Tick the sections you want to show: Live, Movies, Shows, Recordings, My List, Sports, Streams. Untick the ones you want to hide. Press Save navigation.
Tivi Stock mode: a quick switch for a stock-style menu. When on, Sports and Streams are hidden.
Search and Settings are always visible. No need to hide these options.

-App Branding, replace the app's pictures with your own, remotely.
The 4 picture slots:
Empty-state background: a wide landscape picture, ideally 1920 × 1080
Empty-state logo: square, transparent background
Main app logo: wide or horizontal, transparent PNG
Small navigation logo: small square, transparent PNG
PNG, JPEG or WebP only. Maximum 3 MB and 4096 × 2160 pixels. Images are public
on your panel's website, so don't upload private pictures. The app shows the new image after it refreshes or the screen is reopened.

-App Appearance, change the app's colors remotely.(my least favorite because every customer has a taste and they can do it in the app settings, same as other settings features that you can choose your preferred option instead of the customer, let them choose.
How to use it:
1. Pick a Background theme (for example Black, Dark, Full Black, My Image).
2. Pick an Accent color (Red, Pink, Purple, Indigo, Blue, Cyan, Teal, Green, Lime, Yellow, Amber, Orange, Brown, Grey, Blue Grey or Dark Grey).
3. Press Save appearance.
Default: Use device setting lets each customer keep their own look.
Undo: Restore Device Colors removes your overrides. Nobody loses playlists or data.

----ONE OF MY FAVORITE ADDITIONS---- Specially the TIMES LOOP option
Announcements, a scrolling message in the app (like a news ticker).
How to publish one:
1. Write a Label (for example NOTICE) and the Announcement text.
2. Audience: Global (everyone) or Specific linked device / user (a private message for one customer).
3. Display mode:
Always visible: stays on screen.
Timed loop: shows, hides, then repeats. Set Visible duration and Hidden duration in seconds. You can send a message, set how long the ticker will show on the screen then disappear for the amount of time you choose then appear again and so on.
Scheduled window: only shows between a Start and End date and time.
4. Choose Text speed: Slower, Slow, Normal or Fast.
5. Choose the colors or tick Transparent ticker background.
6. Tick Show during fullscreen playback if you want it over videos (off by default). I RECOMMEND TO BE ON
7. Check the Live ticker preview, then press Publish announcement.
Appearance presets: one click fills in the settings below. Subtle transparent is a light, see-through bar. Standard is the normal look. Prominent banner is big and solid. A
preset only fills the boxes. It is not applied until you press Save or Send Test.
Text size (sp): 12 to 32.
Ticker height (dp): 32 to 96.
Background opacity (%): 0 is fully clear, 100 is solid.
Screen position: Bottom or Top.
Distance from screen edge (dp): 0 to 120. Moves the bar away from the edge.
Left / right margin (dp): 0 to 64. Makes the bar narrower on both sides.
The preview is only an approximation. Test on a real TV before publishing.
Test first: Choose a device under Test on one linked device and press Send Test to Device.
It is shown only to that device and expires after 3 minutes.
Emergency Stop: The Stop All Announcements button hides every ticker for every user
at their next sync. Press Resume Announcements to turn them back on.
You can keep up to 20 announcements. When several are enabled they rotate. Dates use the panel's timezone.

-Package Name, a safety lock so only your app can talk to the panel.
Settings:
Panel title: the name shown at the top of the panel.
Allowed Android package names: the app IDs allowed to connect.
Enforce package name: when ON, apps not on the list are rejected.
Warning: Do not turn on Enforce unless your real app's package name is in the list, or your own app will be blocked.
