Hi I have an issue with smarters v5 ive installed panel also instlaled extension but wheb putting in activation code its coming back with http 500 error but also noticed its says pending activation under licence not sure if thats the issue or not

Hey, that’s an internal error. What web server are you using—NGINX, Apache, or OpenLiteSpeed? You might want to switch to Apache or NGINX.

Hi buddy im using Apache everything else is running fine so not sure in the issue but will try look into it but only.happens with the smarters and big panel when trying to enter activation key
